What if I have a question about an order?

Do you have a physical location?
Yes! We’re thrilled to have a brick-and-mortar boutique located in Gadsden, AL, directly across from Chick-fil-A.
Come see us and meet our friendly staff!
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — we offer gift cards in $25, $50, and $100 amounts.
They can be purchased in-store or online and make wonderful gifts!
Gift cards are valid for one year from the purchase date and can be used both online and in-store. If you ever have an issue, just give us a call and we’ll be happy to assist.
Orders
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
If you need additional help, feel free to call us anytime.
Where can I find sizing information?
At the bottom of our homepage, you’ll find a link to our Sizing Guides. These are general guides designed to help with most questions.

Can I modify an order once it’s been placed?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot modify it before it ships.
We’re a small shop and do not have the software systems required to adjust orders after completion.

Payments
What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, ShopPay, and Apple Pay.
How do I apply gift card or discount codes?
Simply enter your gift card or discount code at checkout in the box labeled “Gift Card or Discount Code”, then click Apply.
Shipping
Will I receive a notification when my order ships?
Absolutely!
You will first receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking once the carrier scans your package.
If you do not receive these notifications, give us a call and we’ll gladly help track your package.
How long does shipping take?
We work hard to ship orders same day, but depending on volume or time of day, it may take 1–2 business days for your package to reach the carrier.
Carriers do not operate on weekends, so Saturday or Sunday orders typically ship on Monday.
If you ever have questions or need expedited shipping, please call us before placing your order.
Returns & Refunds
If I bought an item online, can I exchange or return it?
Yes! Our goal is for you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we offer exchanges and returns for store credit on eligible items purchased online.
Simply ship your item back to Modish Meichi (buyer pays return shipping), and we will issue store credit for the original purchase price plus the original shipping fees.
